Returns & Exchanges
Return:
· Items are eligible for returns within 7 days of being delivered, provided they meet our return criteria.
· To initiate a return, please email us at info@linasofficial.com
· To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, free of dirt or dust, and with all original packaging included.
· Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged items.
· Insurance for returned items is the customer’s responsibility.
· Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
· The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
· Email us at info@linasofficial.com with your order details and pictures of the damaged or incorrect product within 48 hours.
· We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
International Orders:
· We do not offer a return or exchange options for international orders.
Non-returnable items:
· Earrings for hygienic reasons.
· Gift cards.
· Shipping cost.
· Sale items. We do not offer refunds for any sale items. Sale items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or be exchanged with the same product of different sizes.
Exchange:
· Follow the return instructions above, email us at info@linasofficial.com and then place a new order for the item/s you desire.
